Research Regulatory Associate, Early Drug Development
Coordinate regulatory records and compliance for clinical trials at MSK. Work with investigators, sponsors, and research teams in New York City.
Tavsif
- Coordinate regulatory tasks and trial records across multiple principal investigators and research teams
- Keep regulatory files current and ready for audits
- Ensure studies follow protocols and policies
- Suggest practical ideas and solutions to support team effectiveness
- Share study progress with internal and external partners
- Spot study trends and develop and implement responses
- Own key tasks while building skills and knowledge
- Act as the main contact for external sponsors and CROs
- Attend and sometimes lead weekly protocol meetings
- Create, update, and maintain protocol tools that support accurate clinical research
- Report to the Research Project Manager
Talablar
- At least two years of clinical research or regulatory experience
- Knowledge of regulations governing human subject protection and HIPAA
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Able to work independently and advance a high volume of work
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting professionally across all levels
