Product Owner, Financial Crime – Desjardins (Hybrid, Montreal)
Lead financial-crime product development and client experience initiatives for Desjardins Group. Coordinate backlogs, stakeholders, policies, and product owners in a hybrid Montreal role.
Tavsif
- Represent client needs throughout projects and own the member and client experience
- Develop products and services designed to deliver a positive member and client experience
- Partner with project developers and business analysts to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver intended benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
- Lead squads and stakeholders through planning, feasibility, development projects, and strategic initiatives
- Provide recommendations on complex projects and files that affect business sectors
- Create product backlogs for projects, mandates, and development work
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients and partners
- Oversee the policies, standards, models, and programs that support strategic projects
- Analyze significant problems and issues, establish diagnostics, and recommend solutions
- Coach fellow product owners
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins Group in agreements with partners and external organizations
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least six years of relevant professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- French-language proficiency is required
