Tavsif

  • Work with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, operating processes, decision needs, and desired outcomes
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews
  • Convert customer needs into functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and measurable value
  • Conduct data discovery, profiling, and analysis covering quality, completeness, metadata, usability, and fitness for purpose
  • Establish business semantics, data definitions, transformation logic, source-to-target mappings, data relationships, and readiness criteria
  • Collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering to align solutions with business intent and enable reuse
  • Create analytical datasets, reusable data assets, and Gold-layer data solutions
  • Design and perform functional tests, test cases, and business acceptance validation
  • Coordinate customer feedback, user acceptance testing, adoption, and transition activities
  • Evaluate business processes to identify workflow improvements, simplification opportunities, and operational efficiencies
  • Find opportunities involving data, workflow automation, AI, and integrated solutions
  • Create analytical solutions, prototypes, and business insights
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept and early-stage work, including paths to enterprise-scale deployment
  • Produce documentation, training resources, and knowledge-transfer materials
  • Apply AI, metadata, workflow, and reusable analytical patterns to improve discovery, profiling, documentation, testing, and traceability
  • Create reusable templates, requirements assets, testing methods, and documentation standards

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data products, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery
  • Experience eliciting and translating business needs and operating processes into functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and data specifications
  • Experience with data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, testing, business validation, and solution adoption
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis methods, and enterprise analytics tools
  • Experience collaborating across business, product, technology, and data teams
  • Experience supporting process automation, workflow solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities
  • Understanding of enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, analytics, AI, metadata, and automation technologies
  • Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments preferred
  • Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms and data product initiatives preferred
  • Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, process mining, or AI-enabled business solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture concepts preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another highly regulated sector preferred
  • If working from home, access to cable broadband or fiber internet providing at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
