Tavsif

  • Develop activities that strengthen language ability, critical thinking, and practical communication
  • Build content that supports measurable language proficiency and progression across levels
  • Curate and structure courses around curriculum objectives and business needs
  • Track curriculum standards and developments in educational technology
  • Spot market opportunities and apply effective practices to content planning
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to define project scope and objectives
  • Evaluate project feasibility and support successful implementation
  • Plan, track, and refine project schedules, resources, and deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders to refresh and improve content across the platform
  • Take on additional responsibilities as team priorities evolve
  • Produce high-volume content for goFLUENT’s middle and high school language-learning solutions

Talablar

  • Native-level, expert, or bilingual English proficiency
  • A college degree, preferably in education, English, linguistics, or a related discipline
  • Professional expertise in instructional design
  • Ability to create original content strategies for digital, blended, and hybrid learning environments
  • Experience teaching young learners, teaching English or another language, working in middle or high school education, or writing and editing for young readers
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to assess curriculum standards, follow edtech developments, and learn language-acquisition concepts and proficiency frameworks such as CEFR
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex instructions and incorporate feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively to complete projects
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills
  • Adaptable, positive approach to working in a fast-moving environment
  • Commitment to continuous development and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with office productivity software
  • Willingness to learn instructional technology and project management platforms
  • Availability to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Experience with generative AI, project management, or workflow automation tools is an advantage
