Finance Manager – Cisco (Hybrid)
Finance Manager role at Cisco overseeing OpEx, CapEx, COGS, and MDF investments. The position partners with Operations and Engineering on forecasting, governance, commercial analysis, and AI-enabled financial planning.
Tavsif
- Own end-to-end financial management for OpEx, CapEx, COGS, and MDF investments
- Act as a strategic finance partner to Operations and Engineering
- Oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and related financial-cycle activities
- Work with Accounting and Central Finance to review monthly OpEx and CapEx investment results
- Coordinate monthly balance-sheet reconciliations
- Partner with leadership to shape strategic decisions while upholding financial discipline
- Improve operational performance through reporting and variance analysis
- Develop high-impact finance AI applications for predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk management
- Track emerging developments in financial technology and AI
- Lead commercial analyses and prepare business cases for Operations and Delivery teams
- Assess how business activities influence OpEx and CapEx drivers
- Provide financial oversight for outsourced vendor agreements
- Lead efforts to improve investment allocation, operating efficiency, and workflow processes
- Follow corporate governance, compliance, and security requirements
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- At least five years of finance or related business experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with them
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, margin analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with finance reporting platforms such as Essbase and Business Objects
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent experience preferred
- Three or more years managing operating expenses preferred
- Three or more years of business-partnering experience preferred
