Handle calls, negotiate payment options, and follow up on payment commitments for Grupo Recupera, a Peruvian contact center. Record customer interactions and meet performance targets.

- Negotiate payment options with customers over the phone
- Follow up on payment commitments and promises
- Provide courteous, solution-focused service
- Record customer interactions in company systems
- Meet established productivity and quality targets
Talablar
- Collections experience
- At least six months of experience with mid-stage or written-off accounts is preferred
- Completed secondary education or incomplete technical or university studies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Available to start immediately and work on-site
- Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a one-hour break
