Billing Specialist – Benefex UK Hybrid Contract

Manage customer invoicing, reconciliations, disputes, and cash collection while supporting Benefex’s migration to NetSuite Subscription Billing. This contract role works across Finance, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.

ERP

Tavsif

  • Own the end-to-end customer billing cycle and issue accurate invoices on schedule
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing questions and disputes
  • Partner with Customer Success, Commercial, and Finance to ensure billing reflects contractual terms
  • Help migrate customers and billing workflows to NetSuite Subscription Billing
  • Review contracts, pricing schedules, and billing requirements to support accurate system setup
  • Verify customer and billing information before migration
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, reconciliations, and resolving issues after migration
  • Maintain compliance with billing controls, governance standards, and revenue recognition requirements
  • Find ways to simplify and automate billing activities
  • Prepare reporting and analysis to support business decisions
  • Support DSO reduction efforts and broader Accounts Receivable work

Talablar

  • Background in billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations
  • Meticulous approach with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer billing issues
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Advanced Excel capability, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • NetSuite or comparable ERP experience is desirable
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses is desirable
  • Experience with system migrations or finance transformation initiatives is desirable
  • Knowledge of VAT and multi-currency invoicing is desirable
  • Applicants must be located in the UK or Ireland
