Tavsif

  • Lead the BigCommerce store from initial setup through full launch and ongoing operation
  • Configure, test, and resolve store functionality issues before and after launch
  • Maintain products, categories, variants, pricing, and catalog data
  • Oversee a large B2B catalog containing thousands of SKUs
  • Manage and troubleshoot the BigCommerce connection to the inventory management system
  • Keep SKUs, product data, pricing, and inventory synchronized across systems
  • Track orders as they move from BigCommerce into the inventory system
  • Ensure fulfillment and shipping details are accurately returned to the store
  • Administer shipping options and checkout logistics through third-party shipping applications
  • Add and update shipping methods as business requirements evolve
  • Support payment gateway and checkout setup
  • Use BigCommerce APIs to perform large-scale product, pricing, and catalog updates
  • Resolve technical issues and improve e-commerce processes and workflows
  • Connect the online store with the company’s main website and domain
  • Support DNS and domain setup for the e-commerce launch
  • Create or update landing pages for product categories and promotional campaigns
  • Deliver ongoing website enhancements based on business and operational requirements

Talablar

  • At least 6 years of practical e-commerce experience
  • Advanced hands-on experience with BigCommerce
  • Background launching or managing B2B e-commerce websites
  • Experience overseeing product catalogs with thousands of SKUs
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including products, inventory, orders, checkout, shipping, and payments
  • Experience connecting BigCommerce with inventory, ERP, or order management systems
  • Experience using e-commerce APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to work U.S. Central Time hours
  • Experience with SOS Inventory or a comparable inventory management platform is preferred
  • Experience with Advanced Shipping Manager or a comparable shipping application is preferred
  • Experience managing BigCommerce product variants and complex product configurations is preferred
  • Experience with DNS and domain setup for e-commerce launches is preferred
  • Experience configuring or modifying payment gateways is preferred
  • Experience creating e-commerce landing pages is preferred
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based B2B, industrial, or distribution businesses is preferred
  • Experience using BigCommerce APIs for bulk product, pricing, or catalog updates is preferred
  • Resume must be formatted in English
