  • Process manual payments according to established procedures
  • Review and reconcile bank statements
  • Enter payments into banking platforms
  • Assist with invoice processing, financial statements, and vendor documentation
  • Use Excel and financial systems in daily accounting work
  • Support Accountants during month-end closing
  • Monitor the team mailbox, complete assigned tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Build practical accounting skills through hands-on experience in an international environment

Talablar

  • Be a student pursuing an interest in accounting or finance
  • Be able to work approximately 30 hours per week
  • Communicate effectively in English and Polish
  • Show initiative, a positive attitude, and openness to new challenges
  • Pay close attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Have a solid working knowledge of Excel
