Talablar

  • Extensive experience managing and improving data-driven growth campaigns, preferably for SMB or prosumer products.

  • Understanding of how small businesses find and purchase software.
  • Strong command of self-serve funnels, from signup and onboarding through activation and paid conversion.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach, with ownership, autonomy, and a focus on action and automation.
  • A track record of taking initiative and being accountable for outcomes and systems.
  • High standards for quality, clear communication, and impact.
  • Founder or early-stage company experience is a plus.
  • Marketing experience in SMB sectors such as home services, healthcare, hospitality, or professional services is a plus.
