Opis

  • Lead video edits for SURI, developing concepts from initial idea through final delivery.
  • Partner with in-house creative strategists and the paid-ad content creator to turn briefs into finished work.
  • Help develop ad concepts and storyboards, sharing relevant video trends, ideas, and insights.
  • Work with growth and brand teams to produce engaging digital ads that fit the brand.
  • Guide edits through rapid feedback rounds with the person who commissioned the work.
  • Oversee sound design, including voiceover coordination and music choices.

Zahteve

  • Bring 2–4 years of video editing experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.
  • Work resourcefully within limited budgets.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced setting that involves testing, learning, and quick iteration.
  • Know current video trends on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Understand the metrics used to assess audience engagement.
  • Have experience with awareness and direct-response advertising and e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Be able to take a brief through production, advising on pre-production, preparing shot lists, and completing the final edit.
  • Bring a passion for storytelling and the ability to capture and hold audience attention through content.
  • Be fluent in Premiere Pro and general video editing software.
  • Use After Effects confidently.
  • Have colour-grading skills.
