Opis

  • Lead electronics manufacturing engineering across the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with COMSEC and Electrical Hardware teams to support manufacturability and design compliance.
  • Create, document, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
  • Lead new product introduction and guide products from prototype through full-rate production.
  • Review designs for manufacturability and testability.
  • Support PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Investigate manufacturing defects, process failures, and quality issues, and resolve them through root cause analysis.
  • Work with supply chain and procurement teams to qualify vendors and source components.
  • Keep manufacturing work compliant with applicable standards, specifications, and security requirements.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing engineering or a related hardware discipline.
  • Practical experience with PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, or equivalent standards.
  • Experience conducting DFM/DFT reviews and using CAD/EDA tools.
  • Ability to work across hardware and software teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
  • Experience supporting COMSEC, defense, or aerospace electronics programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace quality management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with automated test equipment and functional test development is preferred.
  • IPC certification such as CIS, CIT, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted to the U.S. as refugees or granted asylum.
