- Lead electronics manufacturing engineering across the product development lifecycle.
- Work with COMSEC and Electrical Hardware teams to support manufacturability and design compliance.
- Create, document, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
- Lead new product introduction and guide products from prototype through full-rate production.
- Review designs for manufacturability and testability.
- Support PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Investigate manufacturing defects, process failures, and quality issues, and resolve them through root cause analysis.
- Work with supply chain and procurement teams to qualify vendors and source components.
- Keep manufacturing work compliant with applicable standards, specifications, and security requirements.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing engineering or a related hardware discipline.
- Practical experience with PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, or equivalent standards.
- Experience conducting DFM/DFT reviews and using CAD/EDA tools.
- Ability to work across hardware and software teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
- Experience supporting COMSEC, defense, or aerospace electronics programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace quality management systems is preferred.
- Experience with automated test equipment and functional test development is preferred.
- IPC certification such as CIS, CIT, or equivalent is preferred.
