Zahteve

  • Several years in agency client services or account management, ideally with independent ownership of clients and accounts
  • A cross-channel perspective covering social media, performance marketing, traditional advertising, and sales communications
  • Knowledge of current social media formats and trends
  • A highly organized, self-directed working style
  • Experience using modern project management tools to track schedules, budgets, and team capacity
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including with demanding clients
  • An entrepreneurial approach to projects and accounts
  • Basic KPI analysis skills, including reach, engagement, ROAS, and conversion
  • Enjoyment of close collaboration with internal teams and supporting junior colleagues
  • Interest in new tools and AI-supported workflows
