Remote Litigation Attorney
Defend insurers and other clients in civil litigation in this fully remote role. Draft pleadings, take depositions, negotiate matters, and represent clients at trial.

- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for negotiations and proceedings
- Take depositions
- Appear at hearings
- Conduct mediations

- Research legal issues
- Help prepare for hearings

- Analyze cases and related legal issues
- Counsel clients and negotiate on their behalf
- Work with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to manage cases efficiently
- Keep client files current
- Handle other assigned duties
Zahteve
- Be admitted to the Georgia Bar
- Have at least five years of recent insurance defense experience
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills
