Opis

  • Follow departmental procedures for statistical analyses and programming.
  • Lead project teams, manage timelines and resources, prepare budgets, and maintain project records.
  • Work with sponsors on all aspects of projects.
  • Coordinate database maintenance, updates, and documentation with programming and data management teams.
  • Advise on database structures for analysis.
  • Calculate sample sizes and review protocols for completeness, clinical design, and statistical analysis.
  • Prepare randomization schemes and supporting documentation.
  • Develop statistical analysis plans, including analysis databases and table and listing specifications.
  • Guide team members in carrying out statistical analysis plans.
  • Program and validate statistical tables, with emphasis on efficacy endpoints.
  • Document and oversee programming and validation activities.
  • Review reports, documents, and manuscripts; contribute statistical methods sections and check completeness and consistency.
  • Track project budgets against scope and alert management to potential scope changes.
  • Support departmental operations through presentations, teaching, documents and policies, newsletters, libraries, and new-hire training.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Zahteve

  • Bring comparable experience of at least two years with relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Hold a master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field.
