Lead clinical trial analyses, statistical programming, and analysis plan development at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Mentor junior statisticians and coordinate work with sponsors, programmers, and data managers.

- Follow departmental procedures for statistical analyses and programming.
- Lead project teams, manage timelines and resources, prepare budgets, and maintain project records.
- Work with sponsors on all aspects of projects.
- Coordinate database maintenance, updates, and documentation with programming and data management teams.
- Advise on database structures for analysis.
- Calculate sample sizes and review protocols for completeness, clinical design, and statistical analysis.
- Prepare randomization schemes and supporting documentation.
- Develop statistical analysis plans, including analysis databases and table and listing specifications.
- Guide team members in carrying out statistical analysis plans.
- Program and validate statistical tables, with emphasis on efficacy endpoints.
- Document and oversee programming and validation activities.
- Review reports, documents, and manuscripts; contribute statistical methods sections and check completeness and consistency.
- Track project budgets against scope and alert management to potential scope changes.
- Support departmental operations through presentations, teaching, documents and policies, newsletters, libraries, and new-hire training.
- Mentor junior team members.
