- Process purchase order requests from initial ticket through final issuance, following the required workflow.
- Provide administrative and financial support to project construction coordinators, including purchase order requests and new supplier registration.
- Adjust purchase orders so invoices can be posted correctly.
- Track purchase orders and ensure active orders match projects recorded in the system.
- Create and update supplier records, keeping information accurate and complete.
- Organize and maintain supplier files, including contracts, certificates, and licenses.
- Assist with compliance and audit requirements.
- Track document expiration dates and request updated documents when needed.
- Respond to supplier questions about orders, deadlines, and payments.
- Coordinate processes with Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, and Logistics teams.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP and ticketing platforms is an advantage.
