Guide French public-sector and defense customers in adopting Red Hat cloud, container, and infrastructure technologies. Shape architectures, workshops, deployments, and presales engagements.
Opis
- Promote Red Hat solutions to enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners.
- Advocate for customers by designing suitable solutions and supporting reliable implementation.
- Lead discovery, analysis, and design workshops for technical and non-technical teams.
- Define delivery scope and guide customers through pilot and production deployments.
- Create content that helps Red Hat sell, deliver, and support cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale.
- Support sales teams with emerging technology adoption, project scoping, discovery, navigation, and presales.
- Build repeatable methods and tools that expand service capabilities, encourage follow-on engagements, and reduce delivery risk.
- Share subject matter expertise through whitepapers, webinars, and industry conference presentations.
- Advise customers strategically by assessing challenges and developing comprehensive solutions.
- Partner with Red Hat GTM Consulting to help customers realize value and develop enterprise-wide capabilities using open technologies and consulting.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent IT industry experience.
- Previous consulting experience and ability to deliver one-to-one customer engagements.
- Infrastructure background with experience in solution delivery and architecture.
- Experience or specialization in private and public cloud infrastructure and platform as a service.
- Broad and deep technical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Day 2 operations, and hybrid cloud providers.
- Strong technical knowledge of software-defined storage and experience implementing virtualization in enterprise environments.
- In-depth understanding of DevOps adoption and CI/CD standards.
- Understanding of enterprise AI/ML architectures and workloads, including Red Hat OpenShift AI, RHEL AI, GPU integration, and model-serving frameworks.
- Knowledge of RHEL, configuration management, and orchestration, including Ansible by Red Hat.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including presenting to customers and guiding customer interactions.
- Understanding of the open source community.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
- Active security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
- Local citizenship required.
- Willingness to travel to customers in France and/or the EMEA region.
- Excellent English and French communication skills.
- Red Hat Certified Architect certification is an advantage.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer certification, or ability to obtain it within a few weeks of starting, is an advantage.
