Opis

  • Research prospects and generate new business through cold outreach and networking.
  • Meet prospective merchants and demonstrate Bosta’s solutions.
  • Manage sales from lead generation through closing to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Keep CRM records current, including sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates.
  • Gather market insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings to inform team strategy.
  • Work with Marketing, Onboarding, and Operations to support smooth merchant activation.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and performance.

Zahteve

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology-driven services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets while managing multiple leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and energetic approach.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in progressing to a Senior Sales Executive role.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Very good spoken and written English.
