Opis

  • Generate and qualify leads, move prospects through the sales process, close new business, and meet or support opportunity-based sales quotas.
  • Research prospects and pursue business targets by phone, email, and occasional in-person contact.
  • Assist outside sales representatives with administrative work and projects.
  • Cold-call prospects supplied by external lead sources.
  • Find potential accounts through research and turn them into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with current clients by phone to increase shipment volumes.
  • Identify decision-makers among target leads and initiate contact.
  • Work with relevant colleagues to shape sales strategies.
  • Develop customer accounts until they are ready to transition to Business Development Representatives.
  • Keep the prospect and customer database up to date and expand it.
  • Meet revenue growth targets.
  • Address and resolve prospective customers’ objections.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of sales experience or relevant experience in the industry.
  • A self-directed, results-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Broad knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
