- Set and advance enterprise data and AI governance strategy, frameworks, standards and controls.
- Work with Technology, Product, Legal, Information Security and business leaders to embed governance across platforms, products and operations.
- Create AI governance frameworks for model risk, training data quality, bias, explainability, lineage and generative AI.
- Set company-wide data quality standards, stewardship practices and monitoring requirements.
- Set standards for data products, ownership, lifecycle management and data contracts.
- Shape enterprise data strategy and operating model, and prioritize data initiatives.
- Specify requirements for governance tools, metadata management, data lineage and automated controls.
- Work with the Platform team to support scalable implementation.
- Lead efforts to increase data adoption and literacy and build capabilities across teams and markets.
- Set policies to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA and the EU AI Act.
- Set governance expectations for third-party data providers and AI vendors.
- Build and develop a high-performing data governance team.
- Report directly to the VP of Data & Analytics.

- Bring extensive experience in data governance, data management, data product management and enterprise data strategy.
- Demonstrate experience in AI governance, responsible AI or machine learning governance.
- Establish frameworks for model risk, data provenance and generative AI.
- Know data governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship and data contracts well.
- Understand GDPR, CCPA and the EU AI Act.
- Have shaped enterprise data strategies and federated governance models across multiple markets, domains and technology environments.
