Opis

  • Complete scheduled service visits across Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland according to dispatch plans.
  • Identify faults and equipment malfunctions.
  • Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps.
  • Record service work in the company’s IT system.
  • Take part in the on-call rota outside regular working hours.

Zahteve

  • Completed technical training or apprenticeship as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field; technical college or vocational school qualifications are also suitable.
  • Experience in customer service, such as in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation, or another technical field.
  • Good spoken and written German.
  • Basic IT proficiency.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused approach.
  • Availability for on-call duty outside regular working hours, for up to one week per month.
