- Completed technical training or apprenticeship as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field; technical college or vocational school qualifications are also suitable.
- Experience in customer service, such as in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation, or another technical field.
- Good spoken and written German.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Availability for on-call duty outside regular working hours, for up to one week per month.
