Opis

  • Help prevent external fraud across the Group.
  • Apply AI and data to improve fraud detection and prevention.
  • Own data-led prevention and create fraud controls for new products.
  • Build an anti-fraud framework with Business, Product and Data teams.
  • Design customer journeys that adapt to different levels of fraud risk.
  • Assess risks ahead of new banking services and cashback launches.
  • Track changes in fraud threats and prevention technology.
  • Trial new methods and lead proofs of concept.
  • Create and deploy smart tools that automate detection and support analysts.
  • Define and align fraud monitoring metrics.
  • Create dashboards and management reports.
  • Review trends, anticipate risks and recommend action plans.
  • Coordinate with anti-fraud teams across countries to share practices and align processes.
  • Follow European and local regulatory developments concerning fraud.

Zahteve

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, data, statistics or risk management.
  • Three to five years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, compliance or data, preferably in banking, consulting or fintech.
  • Proficiency with Excel and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools, including machine learning and generative AI, and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of credit fraud and AML/CFT topics.
  • Curiosity, initiative in following industry developments and analytical rigor.
  • Ability to work independently from initial idea through production deployment.
  • Comfort working in an international, cross-functional setting.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or German is an advantage.
