Opis

  • Manage sales activities independently across the assigned territory
  • Assess the needs of existing customers and respond to their requirements
  • Grow the territory by acquiring new customers
  • Serve customers in bakery and confectionery, cafés, specialty food, food retail and hospitality
  • Create forward-looking retail fit-out concepts with architects and planners
  • Apply current market trends and challenges to concept development
  • Track upcoming new-build, refurbishment and site development projects

Zahteve

  • A strong sales aptitude and a record of sales success matter more than formal training
  • Experience with technical or high-value capital goods, retail fit-outs, woodworking, interior fixtures or a related field is preferred
  • Present yourself professionally
  • Negotiate confidently with decision-makers as a peer
  • Show strong follow-through and an affinity for a hands-on industry
  • Communicate effectively and work well with others
