Opis

  • Document clinical workflows and recommend improved future-state processes.
  • Present system enhancements and technical solutions for pharmacy and medication-order workflows.
  • Build and demonstrate prototypes of Epic application configurations.
  • Maintain and update Epic application configurations.
  • Develop test scripts, schedules, and plans for application and workflow changes.
  • Test clinical information system configurations and workflows across applications.
  • Coordinate and take part in requester and user testing.
  • Provide tier-two end-user support remotely and on site.
  • Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming support tickets.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and software vendors.
  • Coordinate system fixes and changes with vendors.
  • Coordinate application change deployments with training and operations teams.
  • Coach and mentor associate and intermediate analysts.
  • Implement Willow Inpatient modules in multi-specialty research hospital environments.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Zahteve

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a complex environment.
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong follow-up.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • PhD in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from a Board-approved, ACPE-accredited college.
  • Five to seven years of directly related Epic experience.
  • In-depth understanding of software development and build life cycles.
  • Epic Willow Inpatient experience.
  • Willow Inpatient certification.
  • Pharmacist license.
