Opis

  • Produce short-form videos, LinkedIn posts, webinar scripts, landing pages, email sequences, and memes at pace.
  • Use generative AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, and Notion AI.
  • Follow trends and adapt content to LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Develop narratives about key moments in employees’ lives, AI, and simpler HR processes.
  • Turn the company’s story into sagas, series, and recurring content formats.
  • Track reach, engagement, and leads generated.
  • Refine content quickly and optimize it using performance results.

Zahteve

  • Have 2–5 years of content creation experience at a startup, media company, or agency, or through an audience you built yourself.
  • Provide concrete examples of content that performed well.
  • Write excellent French.
  • Be comfortable working in English.
  • Be proficient with video creation, design, and generative AI tools.
  • Be curious about new tools and formats.
  • Understanding HR or B2B SaaS is a bonus, as is the ability to learn quickly.
  • Bring humor and boldness, and be able to give and receive feedback.
  • Prefer publishing promptly, even if work is imperfect, over publishing polished content too late.
