- Provide concrete examples of content that performed well.
- Write excellent French.
- Be comfortable working in English.
- Be proficient with video creation, design, and generative AI tools.
- Be curious about new tools and formats.
- Understanding HR or B2B SaaS is a bonus, as is the ability to learn quickly.
- Bring humor and boldness, and be able to give and receive feedback.
- Prefer publishing promptly, even if work is imperfect, over publishing polished content too late.
