Opis

  • Review billing, collections, systems, and close processes to find gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
  • Redesign accounts receivable workflows, controls, and documentation
  • Improve AR operations with practical near-term changes and scalable process design
  • Present process changes to Finance leadership and support adoption across teams
  • Manage B2B invoicing from creation and distribution through accuracy checks, adjustments, and credits
  • Keep customer billing records aligned with contracts and services delivered
  • Run billing operations in Stripe and NetSuite, including accounts, payment methods, debit authorizations, payment links, refunds, credits, and account consolidations
  • Resolve escalated billing, payment, invoicing, and synchronization issues across Stripe, NetSuite, and Salesforce
  • Lead Finance’s work on the Stripe–NetSuite connector project with Engineering
  • Manage overdue receivables and follow up with customers on late payments
  • Respond to payment questions and resolve billing disputes
  • Arrange payment plans and escalate higher-risk accounts when needed
  • Manage Egencia access and SSO permissions, assist travelers, troubleshoot bookings, and coordinate with the vendor
  • Reconcile AR balances, prepare reports, and support close entries and audit documentation with minimal oversight
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, Sales, Development, Legal, and Engineering

Zahteve

  • 4–5 years leading an AR or credit control transformation, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment
  • Substantial experience in accounts receivable, collections, or B2B invoicing, including manager or lead responsibilities
  • Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience and strong working knowledge of Stripe
  • Able to represent Finance confidently with Sales, Development, and Legal leaders and navigate an ambiguous transition with little ramp-up
  • Skilled at identifying outdated or ineffective processes and making the case for change
  • Healthcare, imaging, or other regulated-industry experience is an advantage but not required
  • Able to support external audits and independently prepare close entries and reconciliations
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada at hire without requiring employer sponsorship for a work visa, now or in the future
  • Candidates will undergo a background check in accordance with applicable federal, provincial, and state rules
