Descriere

  • Collaborate with Huron colleagues and client teams
  • Lead integration implementations from planning and architecture through build, testing, go-live, and post-production support
  • Oversee integration workstreams and team leadership on HCM or Financials implementations
  • Help define project scope and requirements, solve problems, and improve processes
  • Contribute to estimates, implementation plans, and project management
  • Train Huron staff and support their professional development
  • Manage several projects with varied scope and timelines

Cerințe

  • Have held integration and people leadership responsibilities in technical workstreams for at least two phases of three or more HCM or Financials implementations
  • Bring at least four years of consulting experience
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field, or have equivalent work experience
  • Have experience leading HCM or Financials integrations
  • Be able and willing to travel for business and work extended hours when needed
  • Hold current Workday Integration and Studio certifications
  • Have more than five years of integration experience, including defining scope and requirements, solving problems, and improving processes
  • Know integration technologies including REST or SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speech and build collaborative, trust-based relationships
  • Have experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management
  • Be able to train Huron staff and support their project management and technical development
  • Manage time and priorities effectively while handling multiple tasks
  • Be able to manage multiple projects of varying size and duration
  • Be willing to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methods
  • Have experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, or ASAP Utilities
