- Establish platform-agnostic technology leadership for yourself and your team
- Drive high-quality delivery across AI and multitech engagements, keeping projects within scope, on schedule, on budget, and aligned with standards
- Recruit, develop, and coach practitioners who can work across multiple technology platforms
- Build a strong pipeline of practitioners capable of supporting ERP, CRM, and AI engagements
- Design team structures and capacity plans around regional sales priorities
- Develop senior relationships with stakeholders across strategic accounts
- Lead long-term account strategies for priority customers
- Coordinate phased delivery plans with sales objectives and changing client requirements
- Share ownership of account growth with the Sales team
- Improve delivery efficiency through AI initiatives and meet or exceed the firm's benchmark
Cerințe
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ERP and CRM platforms, including systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce
- Applied experience with AI and automation technologies, such as generative AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or AI-powered analytics
- Ability to operate across ERP, CRM, AI/ML, and productivity platforms
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in Professional Services
- Seven to eight years of hands-on experience in systems implementation, integration, or automation-led process re-engineering
- Experience leading distributed, cross-platform delivery teams across multiple regions and concurrent projects
- Strong business analytics, BI, and financial performance management skills, including the ability to interpret and act on P&L statements
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred but not required
- Relevant technical certifications are advantageous but not required
- Experience building multitech delivery teams from the ground up
- Proven results leading AI-driven efficiency initiatives
- Strong executive presence and credible technical authority
- Experience matching delivery capabilities to regional sales strategy
- Broad experience across multiple platforms rather than deep specialization in a single platform
