Descriere

  • Manage production logistics from pre-production through shoot and wrap once projects are scoped.
  • Build production budgets, track spending against estimates, and flag potential overruns early.
  • Book and coordinate crews, talent, locations, equipment, and vendors, primarily in San Francisco.
  • Lead casting by sourcing talent and managing agreements and releases.
  • Coordinate permits, insurance certificates, location agreements, and other production paperwork.
  • Prepare and update call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents as plans change.
  • Lead shoot-day operations, manage schedules, keep crews and talent on track, and resolve issues.
  • Work with creative directors and directors to turn approved scopes into shoots.

Cerințe

  • Must be based in the Bay Area.
  • At least three years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
  • Strong skills in managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics.
  • Experience booking crews, cast, locations, vendors, and rentals.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
  • Clear communicator who works effectively with clients and teams.
  • Collaborative team member who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Able to work late nights and weekends when needed.
  • Must disclose work authorization or visa sponsorship status during application.
