Descriere

  • Help prepare and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and business profitability
  • Develop and maintain financial models with scenario and sensitivity analyses using AI tools
  • Prepare datasets and analysis for board and executive reporting
  • Analyze gross margins across products, segments, and customer cohorts
  • Find opportunities to improve margins
  • Assist with pricing strategy and annual price increase analyses
  • Work with Billing and RevOps to verify pricing and margin data
  • Support monthly and quarterly commission calculations for Sales, Partner, and Operations teams
  • Complete quality checks before commissions are distributed
  • Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Senior Financial & Systems Analyst on business intelligence, recurring reports, and analytical systems
  • Automate recurring finance outputs, including commission calculations
  • Help develop and maintain the company-wide data warehouse
  • Document the business logic used in recurring Finance calculations
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting views
  • Escalate upstream data-quality problems and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams
  • Report to the VP of Finance while partnering with Finance and RevOps

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable FP&A, accounting, or business analysis position
  • Advanced Excel capability, including complex formulas and financial modeling
  • Working knowledge of SQL and an interest in developing further expertise
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence working with large, imperfect datasets
  • Can communicate financial information clearly in reports, charts, and summaries for financial and non-financial audiences
  • Practical experience using financial or ERP systems
  • High attention to accuracy and personal accountability, especially for recurring deliverables that affect employee pay
  • SaaS or subscription-business experience is preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP is preferred
  • Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake or BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred
  • Experience calculating sales commissions or analyzing gross margins or pricing is preferred
