Descriere

  • Set Octopus Energy’s social media strategy, channel roles, and communication territories.
  • Translate business and brand goals into social campaigns and activations with influencers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Content and other internal teams from concept through delivery.
  • Own influencer marketing strategy, including research, selection, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Turn real customer experiences into stories and content that showcase the Octopus community.
  • Bring sponsorships, festivals, events, and partnerships to life across social channels.
  • Protect Octopus’s social voice and define response standards and tone with the Customer team.
  • Monitor conversations about the brand, energy, and the wider sector to uncover opportunities.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in social media strategy and digital campaigns, gained in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn business objectives into compelling narratives.
  • A strong interest in brands and positioning.
  • A clear customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence proposing original ideas and taking well-judged risks.
  • A collaborative, curious approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with consumer, technology, energy, or sustainability brands is a plus.
  • Experience using Metricool, Brandwatch, or CapCut is a plus.
  • Experience covering events, sponsorships, or brand activations on social media is a plus.
