Descriere
- Lead Solidus Labs’ organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, subreddits, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant channels
- Manage organic social content, brand voice, and publishing cadence
- Find where target communities gather and build presence through direct engagement
- Collaborate with the founder and executives to strengthen their individual voices
- Ghostwrite executive content, identify engagement opportunities, and advise leaders on where and how to participate
- Track and join conversations about Solidus Labs, its market, and competitors
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to identify relevant topics and discussions
- Translate social activity into measurable brand and pipeline impact
- Feed insights from social and community activity back into the marketing and sales funnel
- Report to the Director of Growth
Cerințe
- At least four years of experience growing corporate and executive brands on social media in finance, crypto, or AI
- A proven record of creating social copy that achieves significant reach and engagement
- Experience ghostwriting for executives while capturing distinct voices across multiple individuals
- Experience editing video, audio, and written content, including event interviews and podcasts
- Strong visual judgment and an eye for aesthetics
- Experience building an audience or community from the ground up in a niche or emerging field
- Experience engaging communities directly through social platforms
- Ability to define and measure meaningful engagement within a small audience
- Genuine curiosity and the ability to quickly understand technical, regulatory-heavy subjects
- Ability to collaborate across functions and build support for creative ideas
- High standards for quality and strong attention to detail
