Create video-first social content and grow creator partnerships for Virgin Gifts, an experience-gifting brand. Lead UGC campaigns, influencer relationships, and platform growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.

  • Develop, film, edit, and publish social video such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts alongside static creative.
  • Blend spontaneous UGC-style footage with refined, on-brand content.
  • Represent Virgin Gifts on camera with an energetic and genuine presence.
  • Coordinate the cross-channel social calendar with the Content and Growth teams.
  • Increase engagement and audience growth across Virgin Gifts’ social channels.
  • Find, contact, and build lasting relationships with regional and national creators.
  • Invite influencers to experience Virgin Gifts offerings and produce authentic user-generated content.
  • Adapt creative for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and additional social platforms.
  • Keep current with algorithm changes, viral video and audio trends, and new platform capabilities.
  • Measure creator campaign return on investment, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Oversee creator gifting processes, agreements, and Impact tracking links.
  • Maintain an organized library of raw and edited social videos for marketing teams across the business.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated success in social content production, influencer marketing, or creator community management.
  • A strong video portfolio featuring work created with CapCut, Premiere, InShot, or comparable tools for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Confidence presenting on camera with an energetic, relatable style aligned with the Virgin brand.
  • Previous experience using affiliate or creator platforms such as Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ, or LTK.
  • Practical experience managing creator partnerships from initial outreach through content delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of social trends, platform-specific formats, and performance analytics.
  • Located in the New York City metropolitan area.
  • Willingness to attend nearby partner activations and produce on-location content.
  • Able to travel to other US cities for content production.
  • Background in lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or gifting brands.
  • Experience building or growing a personal social media channel.
  • Working knowledge of paid social concepts including spark ads, creator licensing, and whitelisting.
