  • Oversee creator gifting processes, agreements, and Impact tracking links.
  • Maintain an organized library of raw and edited social videos for marketing teams across the business.

Talablar

  • Demonstrated success in social content production, influencer marketing, or creator community management.
  • A strong video portfolio featuring work created with CapCut, Premiere, InShot, or comparable tools for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Confidence presenting on camera with an energetic, relatable style aligned with the Virgin brand.
  • Previous experience using affiliate or creator platforms such as Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ, or LTK.
  • Practical experience managing creator partnerships from initial outreach through content delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of social trends, platform-specific formats, and performance analytics.
  • Located in the New York City metropolitan area.
  • Willingness to attend nearby partner activations and produce on-location content.
  • Able to travel to other US cities for content production.
  • Background in lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or gifting brands.
  • Experience building or growing a personal social media channel.
  • Working knowledge of paid social concepts including spark ads, creator licensing, and whitelisting.
