Descriere

  • Assess current CI/CD pipelines to define requirements for upcoming work
  • Reuse and tailor established CI/CD patterns for new initiatives
  • Expand infrastructure-as-code while following repository conventions
  • Apply data engineering and governance practices to new services, including naming, access control, and retention
  • Create self-service tools based on proven internal patterns
  • Maintain a template repository with CI, infrastructure-as-code, and governance already configured
  • Develop modules that reduce new pipeline creation to a single command
  • Produce documentation that resolves common questions without engineer assistance
  • Manage the request process for access to data resources
  • Own the template repository and infrastructure-as-code modules while shaping their roadmap

Cerințe

  • Have independently managed a deployment path from end to end, including pipeline development, production troubleshooting, and runbook documentation
  • Be able to investigate unfamiliar code, explain its behavior, and spot probable issues
  • Bring approximately two years of professional experience
  • Use Python and SQL confidently in day-to-day work
  • Have practical Docker experience
  • Understand cloud environments well enough that AWS is familiar territory
  • Work comfortably across data engineering, backend development, and infrastructure
  • Use tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor responsibly and explain or defend their generated output
  • Recognize that this position does not include frontend development
  • Recognize that this position is not focused on ML research or model training
