Senior Solution Architect, Supply Chain Planning — Blue Yonder, Bangalore Onsite
Lead supply chain planning implementations and AI-enabled transformation programs for global manufacturing and consumer goods customers. Design scalable solutions that improve deployment speed, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

- Lead large-scale supply chain planning implementations
- Design and deliver scalable, optimized planning solutions that create measurable business value
- Lead solutioning discussions and architect solutions for complex customer requirements
- Manage customer discussions independently and build confidence through architecture and consulting expertise
- Accelerate deployments and improve customer adoption through modern, AI-enabled implementation methods
- Serve as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation initiatives
Cerințe
- At least 10 years of experience delivering Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting engagements
- Hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Implementation experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO or IBP, and Oracle Supply Chain Planning is an added advantage
- Track record of architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing
- Strong supply chain domain expertise is required
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently lead solutioning discussions and architect scalable solutions for complex customer needs
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain data models
- Experience with cloud-native planning architectures
- Understanding of API and integration architecture
- Exposure to BY Platform, Data Cloud, or BYDM
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven supply chain planning capabilities
- Exposure to ML-based forecasting and intelligent planning solutions
- Knowledge of or experience with Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is a strong advantage
- Strong architectural judgment and a deep solutioning mindset
- Ability to go beyond standard product functionality to address customer business challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead customer discussions independently
- Experience with global consulting or supply chain transformation programs is preferred
- APICS or Supply Chain certifications are preferred
