Senior Social Content Creator (Remote, United States)

Greenlight is seeking a Senior Social Content Creator to produce fast-moving video and lead influencer initiatives for a family-focused technology brand. The role drives organic growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional social channels.

Descriere

  • Produce original, social-first video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including on-camera appearances
  • Film, edit, and publish content independently from concept through completion
  • Track cultural and platform trends each day and respond rapidly to relevant opportunities
  • Develop and execute social strategy covering audiences, platform mix, content pillars, publishing cadence, and growth goals
  • Manage the organic content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain a testing pipeline of content ideas, formats, and creative approaches
  • Lead the influencer and creator program, including partner sourcing, briefing, approvals, and relationship management
  • Run the user-generated content program with the growth team across organic and paid social
  • Act as the main point of contact for external social media and influencer agencies
  • Support product marketing and brand campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Improve customer-service communication across comments, direct messages, and replies
  • Own social analytics and reporting, communicate insights, and optimize content continuously

Cerințe

  • At least six years of social media experience, including substantial hands-on creator work
  • A portfolio or demo reel is required
  • Demonstrated organic growth experience with evidence of accounts, outcomes, and methods
  • Comfortable and experienced appearing on camera
  • Strong end-to-end video production skills, including smartphone filming, CapCut or comparable editing, hook writing, and retention-focused cuts
  • Advanced working knowledge of social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
  • Working knowledge of social media algorithms
  • Able to turn a cultural moment into a same-day post
  • Understanding of Greenlight’s parent and teen audiences
  • Experience creating and operating influencer or creator programs
  • Experience overseeing external agencies is preferred
  • Consumer brand experience, particularly with parents or teens, is preferred
  • Able to work and respond quickly in a real-time environment
  • Sound judgment for identifying and escalating sensitive issues
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality-control mindset
  • Enthusiasm for consumer brands, especially family-focused products and services
  • Application must include a portfolio, reel, or links to accounts you have grown
