Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Cloudflare (Austin Hybrid)

Cloudflare is seeking a senior analyst to manage global sales commissions, compensation analytics, payments, and plan administration. The role supports commission operations, stakeholder coordination, and Varicent ICM improvements.

Descriere

  • Support Cloudflare’s global commissions program and strategy through technical and operational expertise
  • Deliver accurate, timely compensation plans, incentive statements, and commission payments for the global sales organization
  • Address sales team questions, explain plan policies, and oversee dispute resolution
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage the collection of quotas, organizational changes, and attainment data
  • Lead sales performance analytics and give sales leaders and business partners clear, actionable insights
  • Direct user acceptance testing and contribute to Varicent ICM configuration, design, and enhancements
  • Partner with Sales Compensation Design, GTM Finance, and Sales Operations to assess and implement plan updates
  • Create consistent processes, documentation, and desktop procedures for commission workflows

Cerințe

  • Bring at least five years of experience in FP&A, consulting, sales operations, data analytics, or sales compensation
  • Experience working at a growth-focused technology company is advantageous
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a data-driven approach, including the ability to find discrepancies, spot edge cases, and verify complex calculations
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets proficiently for advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning
  • Understand commission administration, including plan distribution, transaction crediting, incentive calculations, payment-file preparation, and issue resolution
  • Build trusted relationships and influence business partners effectively
  • Communicate clearly and concisely while translating complex data or business challenges into actionable information
  • Apply tools and automation to increase operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage competing priorities successfully in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Be organized, results-focused, collaborative, self-directed, and capable of managing projects with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with Varicent ICM is advantageous
  • May need authorization to receive software or technology controlled by U.S. export control laws without employer sponsorship for an export license
