Descriere

  • Own product features from initial concept through refined, production-ready interfaces.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to turn unclear challenges into intuitive solutions.
  • Build reusable design-system components, patterns, and supporting documentation.
  • Engage with customers and apply their feedback to inform design choices.
  • Participate in clear, constructive feedback throughout the design process.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while protecting product quality and user needs.
  • Contribute to stronger design processes and more effective team practices.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of digital product design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating range in craft and problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and contemporary prototyping practices.
  • Experience designing responsive web applications, mobile applications, or both.
  • Comfort working in an environment where processes are still evolving.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
  • Background designing complex, workflow-oriented products such as SaaS applications, internal tools, marketplaces, or platforms.
  • Ability to work through uncertainty by asking thoughtful questions and making steady progress.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is preferred.
  • Experience designing customer-facing features that use or are powered by AI is preferred.
