Descriere

  • Design user experiences for new products and features across iOS, Android and Online Bank using user-centred methods.
  • Lead the design of major strategic products and features.
  • Create targeted fixes and improve existing experiences.
  • Own design work informed by research, insights, technical constraints and business needs.
  • Independently and with cross-functional partners, address gaps in your knowledge.
  • Take part in regular design reviews and give feedback to other designers.
  • Improve internal tools and design systems for mobile and web.
  • Champion inclusive design and create accessible solutions.
  • Work with designers, researchers, writers, engineers and product managers.
  • Join skills and experience assessments, portfolio reviews and executive interviews during hiring.

Cerințe

  • Senior-level experience designing high-quality products and features, ideally for consumer mobile apps in finance or banking.
  • Strong attention to detail and craft, with visual and user experience design skills.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working across functions.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and turn complex flows into considered user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive decisions in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Experience planning, conducting and acting on user research.
  • Proactive, confident and effective communication.
  • Ability to present work and explain design decisions to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Experience working with and evolving design systems across iOS, Android and responsive web.
  • A portfolio of polished case studies demonstrating research, UX and UI skills, outcomes and impact.
