Cerințe
- At least eight years of professional software development experience
- Deep expertise in backend development

- Ability to work across the stack or a genuine interest in developing full-stack skills
- Proactive, action-oriented approach with open, energetic, and collaborative communication
- Enthusiasm for AI and practical experience applying it professionally
- Ruby on Rails experience is helpful but not required
- Payments or financial systems experience is advantageous
- Background in mortgage technology, property technology, or loyalty and benefit card systems is advantageous
- Currently reside in Canada
- Have the legal right to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
- Able to work without relocation, visa sponsorship, or third-party employer-of-record support
