  • Provide global architectural leadership across data center, WAN, and enterprise networking
  • Design enterprise network architectures for data center, WAN, and enterprise environments
  • Define secure, scalable, and highly available network solutions that meet business and technical needs
  • Lead planning for network expansion, modernization, and infrastructure transformation
  • Assess how new projects, applications, and releases may affect network architecture and performance
  • Establish architecture standards, design guidance, and networking best practices
  • Review performance, capacity, and traffic trends to identify optimization opportunities
  • Research and recommend emerging networking technologies and strategic platform improvements
  • Direct technology assessments, proof-of-concept work, and product evaluations
  • Maintain architecture documentation, including high-level designs, standards, diagrams, and implementation plans
  • Provide technical direction for enterprise-wide network architecture initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, operations, security, and business teams to deliver resilient, scalable networks
  • Assist with complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis when architectural expertise is needed

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field plus at least 9 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated enterprise network architecture experience covering large-scale data center, WAN, campus, and wireless designs
  • Track record of creating secure, resilient, and scalable network architectures for global enterprise environments
  • Advanced knowledge of data center architecture, including Cisco Nexus NX-OS, leaf-spine, VXLAN/EVPN, and Cisco ACI
  • Experience designing enterprise campus and wireless networks using Cisco Catalyst IOS-XE, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, and RF design principles
  • Working knowledge of routing and switching architecture, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN design, STP, and high-availability principles
  • Experience establishing network architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical design guidelines
  • Background leading technology evaluations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and strategic platform selection
  • Experience with capacity planning and scalability analysis, including converting business growth needs into network roadmaps
  • Experience aligning network architecture with security and identity frameworks, including segmentation, ACL strategy, IPSec VPN design, and Cisco ISE concepts
  • Ability to convert complex business and technical requirements into end-to-end network architecture solutions
  • Ability to lead architecture discussions with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders
  • Experience creating high-level and detailed architecture documentation, including standards, diagrams, and implementation guidance
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while balancing strategic architecture, modernization efforts, and multiple concurrent programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
