Senior Lending Business Analyst (Remote - United States)

Lead business analysis for modernizing loan origination, underwriting, and servicing in a wealth management environment. Partner with banking stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams across Agile and enterprise delivery.

Descriere

  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for lending initiatives
  • Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain process models, data-flow diagrams, and data-mapping documentation
  • Act as the principal connection between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams throughout projects
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Support Waterfall delivery stages when needed
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test-case reviews and defect triage
  • Assess lending workflows for gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve processes
  • Work with business and technology leaders on banking and lending modernization
  • Help advance loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes in wealth management

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with third-party lending and the full loan lifecycle
  • Experience with lending origination, underwriting, or servicing in wealth management
  • Background in business process modeling and data mapping
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to bridge business and IT teams
  • Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing
  • Business Analysis or Agile certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, or CSPO is preferred
  • Experience with core lending platforms or loan origination systems is preferred
  • Ability to complete a background investigation successfully
