Senior GRC Risk Operations Portfolio Manager
Lead third-party risk reviews, analyst teams, portfolio reporting, and AI-supported workflows for Live Nation’s global entertainment and ticketing operations.
Descriere
- Oversee daily delivery and portfolio health for assigned risk operations.
- Conduct third-party assessments, including complex, high-risk, expedited, and escalated reviews.
- Evaluate supplier evidence, document risks and findings, define remediation, support exceptions, and communicate decisions.
- Quality-check analysts’ assessments and provide coaching and feedback.
- Manage analyst workloads, capacity, performance support, and professional development.
- Triage incoming requests by urgency and complexity, assign work to available analysts, and resolve or escalate intake issues.
- Act as a primary operations contact for business leaders, internal partners, and suppliers.
- Prepare and share portfolio metrics, dashboards, and status updates.
- Lead or contribute to projects, maintain plans, and coordinate cross-functional work.
- Oversee AI agents used in portfolio operations, checking their output and setting human review and escalation criteria.
- Improve assessment workflows, intake, reporting, communications, quality, and automation.
Cerințe
- At least 8 years in third-party risk, information security, compliance, operational risk, audit, vendor risk, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years in portfolio management, program or project management, business engagement, or operational leadership.
- At least 2 years of people leadership or direct management experience.
- Practical experience conducting third-party risk assessments and evaluating supplier evidence, controls, findings, remediation plans, exceptions, and ongoing due diligence.
- Experience reviewing or quality-checking risk assessments and giving clear, consistent feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong project management skills; familiarity with Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience with metrics, dashboards, reporting platforms, workflow automation, or AI-enabled tools.
- Working knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, SOX, and GDPR.
- Sound judgment in a fast-moving global environment.
- Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Relevant credentials such as CTPRP/CTPRA, CRISC, CISA, CISM, PMP, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent are preferred.
