Descriere

  • Plan energy-efficient renovation projects for hotels.
  • Survey buildings and technical systems independently at client sites.
  • Create building models that support energy assessments.
  • Develop renovation concepts and compare technical solutions for energy efficiency.
  • Prepare funding applications, review supporting documents, and submit materials on schedule.
  • Advise clients directly, coordinate project activities, and present findings.
  • Document project activities and results accurately and transparently for internal follow-up.

Cerințe

  • Completed vocational training as a construction technician, or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, energy engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in energy consulting, building design, or building services engineering.
  • Proficiency with technical drawing or CAD software.
  • Experience producing technical documentation and reports.
  • Confident communication style and willingness to work directly with clients.
  • Structured, conscientious, and independent working style in a technical environment.
  • Experience evaluating the energy performance of non-residential buildings and creating renovation concepts.
  • Knowledge of BAFA and KfW funding programs.
  • Interest in sustainable construction and hospitality-sector projects.
