Description

- Advise clients directly, coordinate project activities, and present findings.
- Document project activities and results accurately and transparently for internal follow-up.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a construction technician, or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, energy engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in energy consulting, building design, or building services engineering.
- Proficiency with technical drawing or CAD software.
- Experience producing technical documentation and reports.
- Confident communication style and willingness to work directly with clients.
- Structured, conscientious, and independent working style in a technical environment.
- Experience evaluating the energy performance of non-residential buildings and creating renovation concepts.
- Knowledge of BAFA and KfW funding programs.
- Interest in sustainable construction and hospitality-sector projects.
